1143 NW 134th Pl, Miami

Welcome home to one of the most desirable, family-friendly neighborhoods in Miami. Nestled in-between the Turnpike at Dolphin Mall and the entrance to the 836 extension, this quiet suburb gives you quick and easy access to the main expressways going in all directions. This beautiful house is the most reasonably priced 4 bed/2 bath listing in the area. A new roof was completed this month, although the house has never had a leak. It features impact windows and doors, along with hurricane panels for added protection. The elegant 48x48" tiles throughout the house add a touch of sophistication. The kitchen has been recently remodeled, and all the bathrooms have been updated. The only thing missing is a new family to make it their home. We invite you to come see it, you will love it.
