1280 S Ocean, Manalapan

Commanding 151 feet of direct ocean frontage, Villa Rebecca is a rare ocean-to-Intracoastal estate that epitomizes timeless European elegance. Set on 1.33 acres of manicured grounds in the enclave of Manalapan, this Italian-inspired residence was designed by renowned architect Shane Ames.
Spanning more than 30,000 total square feet, with nearly 16,000 square feet of living space, the gated compound offers 9 bedrooms, 13 full and 4 half baths, and a separate 2-bedroom guest house.
A dramatic three-story foyer with a sweeping marble staircase and a 35-foot chandelier sets a regal tone, leading to grand living and dining rooms accented by Venetian plaster ceilings, intricate millwork, and imported hand-carved marble floors. The chefs kitchen features double Sub-Zeros, a Wolf gas range, dual ovens, warming drawers, and twin walk-in refrigerators.
Designed for refined entertaining, the residence showcases a European-style mahogany pub, custom theater, wine cellar, and expansive marble loggias with a summer kitchen, bar, and resort-style pool. The primary suite offers a private terrace overlooking the ocean, dual baths, and boutique-style dressing rooms.
Additional highlights include a private office, wellness center with gym, sauna, steam shower, and massage room, two elevators, a Crestron Smart Home system, backup generator, a 20+ car climate-controlled garage, and deepwater dockage. Moments from Palm Beach, the Eau Resort & Spa, and Worth Avenue, Villa Rebecca defines the pinnacle of South Florida oceanfront luxury.
