Spectacular in scale and unrivaled in waterfront presence, Villa De Casuarina is a Mediterranean-inspired estate set within the prestigious, guard-gated enclave of Gables Estates. Encompassing over 11,500 square feet on an expansive 34,876 square-foot lot, this private Riviera-style retreat offers 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, commanding an extraordinary 388 feet of water frontage, a rarity within one of South Floridas most exclusive communities.
A grand foyer with soaring ceilings and Italian tile flooring establishes a tone of timeless elegance, unfolding into formal and informal living spaces designed for elevated entertaining. Interior highlights include a wine cellar, cigar room, private theater, and disco lounge, offering a residence equally suited for intimate moments and large-scale gatherings. The recently renovated chefs kitchen anchors the home with marble countertops, dual Sub-Zero refrigeration, Miele coffee stations, and premium appliances, blending refined design with everyday functionality.
Outdoors, manicured gardens frame a resort-style setting with a heated pool, expansive terraces, and private dockage accommodating up to a 80-foot yacht. Ideal north exposure fills the home with soft natural light, complemented by impact windows throughout. Villa De Casuarina stands as a rare waterfront compound where scale, privacy, and enduring elegance converge in one of Coral Gables most tightly held enclaves.
