856 Tyler St, Hollywood

"Vintage Hip". Think Kelly Wearstler meets famed Architect Carlos B. Schoeppl and the result is "Pink Sands" on quiet Tyler St. surrounded by Royal Palms, cool ocean breezes and 3 blocks to the Beach. One of a kind restored Mediterranean Villa, circa 1940. On an oversized 12,000+ sq ft corner lot, the residence offers 4 beds, 5.5 baths, and a large, private pool with waterfall, cabana, and outdoor shower/bath. New primary addition, new kitchen with fine Italian cabinetry, Opustone imported marble island/backsplash, and high-end GE and Kohler appliances. Original Spanish tile floors, volume ceilings with exposed beams. Open layout all on one level. One block to Marina. "Our hearts skip a beat when we find a house that was designed by Schoeppl".
