This wonderful community has been a desired destination for many years. The complex has just completed all work needed to the buildings. New roofs for all buildings along with the new roofs to covered parking. All concrete restoration has been completed and the buildings repainted. A new elevator and work completed in the club house. There are no pending assessments as all have been completed.
