Consulate Condo 1902

Experience luxury living in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the heart of West Palm Beach, just minutes from the island of Palm Beach and downtown West Palm. Enjoy east-facing views stretching all the way to the Atlantic Ocean and from West Palm up to The Gardens, spectacular sunrises and sunsets and great views of the President golf course directly below.

The chefs kitchen features leathered Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, a five-burner induction cooktop, Thermador appliances, and sleek stainless steel finishes. Custom closet cabinetry and built-ins elevate every room, including primary bedroom bookshelves milled to perfection. Expansive sliders with phantom screens bring in refreshing breezes while framing the views. Natural light fills the residence, accentuated by custom frosted-glass doors and a glowing rain-glass display cabinet that add both style and openness. The kitchen island doubles as a focal point in the living area, where a discreetly built-in television is revealed only when needed. On either side, backlit shelving creates the perfect stage for books, art, or personal treasures, bringing warmth and character to the space.
Set on 7 acres of lush grounds, the building offers resort-style amenities including a tennis court/pickleball court, a private pool, and the security of 24/7 concierge service. This is a rare opportunity to own a turnkey ocean-view retreat blending elegance, comfort, and convenience in one of South Floridas most desirable locations.
