Montclair Lofts is a boutique South Beach building with only 41 residences, designed to bring in plenty of natural light and that true loft feel. It’s a 5-story mid-rise located at 1700 Meridian Avenue, right at the corner of Meridian and Lincoln Road Mall, so you’re just steps away from shopping, dining, and nightlife.
These homes are real lofts with 11-foot ceilings and raw, industrial-style interiors. Inside, you’ll find stained concrete or wood floors, big floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and sleek Italian-style stainless steel and glass kitchens with concrete countertops. Bathrooms are modern and spa-like, with Dornbracht fixtures and Whirlpool tubs. Some units also include private rooftop spa decks and gardens, plus private balconies or terraces for extra outdoor space.
For amenities, Montclair Lofts keeps it simple and practical—there’s a swimming pool on a landscaped roof garden, an industrial modern lobby, and secured covered parking. The beach is only a 5-minute walk, and the building is also pet-friendly. Location-wise, it’s about 20 minutes to Brickell, 25 minutes to Miami International Airport, and roughly 45 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.
