(2) (2) (2)Palau Sunset Harbour is a boutique waterfront condo building in South Beach, located at 1201 20th Street. Designed by Kobi Karp and built in 2016, it’s a modern 5-story low-rise with only 45 residences, so it feels private and quiet while still being close to everything.
Inside, the homes come in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts (about 780 to 1,995 sq. ft.) and are made to feel bright and open. You’ll find floor-to-ceiling impact windows and sliding glass doors, oversized balconies, large walk-in closets, and modern kitchens with European cabinetry, chef-style islands, and professional-grade appliances. Many residences have private terraces with beautiful bay and city views, and select options include lanai homes with private courtyards or penthouses with private rooftop terraces. The building is also smart home ready, which is a nice bonus.
One of the best parts of Palau is the outdoor setting. It has 320 feet of canal frontage, a waterfront promenade with boat docks, and a unique “secret garden” courtyard designed by landscape designer Raymond Jungles, along with other lush garden spaces that make the property feel calm and green.
Amenities are simple but high-end, including a rooftop pool and sundeck, state-of-the-art fitness center, library and media room, bicycle storage, plus concierge and valet parking.
Location-wise, it’s very walkable—just steps from popular Sunset Harbour spots like Pubbelly Sushi, Sushi Garage, and Sunset Juice Cafe, and only one block from Publix. You’re also close to Lincoln Road, and driving time is about 15 minutes to Wynwood, 20 minutes to Brickell, and around 20 minutes to Miami International Airport.
