Caribbean Miami Beach is a stylish oceanfront condominium complex with a rich history, originally built in 1941 and designed by the well-known architect L. Murray Dixon. In 2008, the property went through a major renovation that refreshed the building while keeping its classic Miami Beach character. The updated design was developed by Christa Development Corporation and Bluerock, with redesign work by South Florida architect Kobi Karp and interiors by Christopher Ciccone. Today, the Caribbean features two towers—the North Tower (35 floors) and the South Tower (19 floors)—with a total of 103 residences, giving it an upscale, private feel compared to larger high-rise communities. Residents enter through a beautifully restored Art Deco porte-cochere, and the building’s shared spaces include a landscaped courtyard with water features, direct beach access, and an oceanfront infinity pool and spa with a communal sundeck, towel and sunbed service, and a relaxing fire pit area. Everyday lifestyle amenities are also strong, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, snooker lounge, conference rooms, a humidor, wine vault, high-speed elevators, 24-hour concierge, bicycle storage, and a pet-friendly atmosphere.
Inside the residences, features are designed for comfort and quality, including reinforced concrete floors, 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows, large balconies, generous walk-in closets, high-speed internet, a wireless concierge panel, and premium Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, while select penthouses stand out with private rooftop terraces and swimming pools. The Caribbean sits in one of Miami Beach’s most iconic areas near famous landmarks like the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, making it easy to enjoy both relaxed beach days and the area’s lively dining and nightlife.
Located just a few miles north of South Beach and within a short drive to Downtown Miami and Brickell, the neighborhood is also convenient to Mount Sinai Medical Center and I-195, making Caribbean Miami Beach a great choice for anyone who wants classic Miami style, oceanfront living, and an easy connection to the rest of the city.
