L’Atelier is a luxury boutique condo building set directly on the sand, with about 130 feet of beachfront in Miami Beach. It was built on the historic site of the old Golden Sands Hotel, a well-known spot back in the Rat Pack era when Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Dean Martin were part of the Miami Beach scene. Today, L’Atelier keeps that classic Miami glamour but adds a more modern, private, and high-end feel.
The location near Collins Avenue and 69th Street is a big plus. It gives residents a quieter, more residential atmosphere, while still being just minutes from Miami Beach’s best dining, shopping, and cultural spots.
Amenities at L’Atelier are designed to feel like a five-star resort. Residents enjoy full-service concierge, 24-hour valet parking, and both pool and beach attendants. The outdoor areas include a 78-foot lap pool, an oceanfront infinity-edge pool, a Whirlpool spa, poolside cabanas, plus a poolside bar and BBQ area. There’s also a private beach area with pavilion-style service. For wellness and relaxation, the building offers a spa facility with a treatment room, sauna and hammam, and even a beauty salon. Other conveniences include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a library, and a meeting room.
Inside the residences, the finishes are elegant and modern. Homes feature Italian Poliform kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, and bathrooms designed by Antonio Lupi. Many units have 10- to 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and expansive balconies that maximize the light and views. Some residences also include an outdoor Whirlpool spa, adding a private resort touch right at home.
Overall, L’Atelier is ideal for someone who wants beachfront luxury in a smaller, more exclusive building—private, polished, and connected to Miami Beach’s iconic history.
