The Residences at The Miami Beach EDITION are some of the most high-end beachfront condos in Miami Beach, located right on the sand at Collins Avenue and 29th Street. It’s a small and private collection with only 26 residences, so it feels more exclusive than most buildings nearby. Developed by Ian Schrager and designed by John Pawson, the property blends a classic 1950s landmark building with a sleek new 18-story tower, giving you a mix of old Miami charm and modern, minimalist design. Some of the most impressive homes are the triplex penthouses with private rooftop pools.
Inside, the residences are made to feel bright, open, and quietly luxurious, with features like private entry foyers, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious terraces where you can really enjoy the view. Homes include Bulthaup designer kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, bleached teak wood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, and even fireplaces, which makes the space feel like a true home—not just a condo attached to a hotel. Many units also enjoy direct ocean and city views, especially from higher floors.
One of the biggest perks is the lifestyle—residents get full access to the 5-star EDITION hotel amenities and services, including private beach cabanas, pools with cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa. There are also rare extras like a bowling alley and an ice-skating rink, plus a business center, event spaces, and 24-hour concierge, valet, security, and in-room dining. And location-wise, you’re close to the best of Miami Beach, just minutes from South Beach, Lincoln Road, Bal Harbour Shops, and other popular spots for shopping, dining, nightlife, and culture.
