(2) (>3)Artech is one of those Aventura buildings you recognize right away. It sits on the water and has a sleek, curved design that honestly looks like a luxury cruise ship parked along the Intracoastal. Built in 2008 and designed by architect Carlos Ott, it’s a 9-story waterfront condo that feels modern, stylish, and a little dramatic—in a good way.
The building has around 231 residences, with layouts that go from studios all the way up to five-bedroom homes. What’s different here is that many units are set up like townhomes, with one, two, or even three levels, so they feel more like a private residence than a typical condo. Inside, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and your own washer and dryer. Most homes also have glass-railed balconies, which really makes the water views stand out. There’s even a touchscreen panel in the units that connects you to concierge services—small detail, but it makes things feel very “high-end and easy.”
If you’re into boating, Artech is a standout. The building has its own marina with 43 boat slips for boats up to 110 feet, and one of the best parts is the quick ocean access with no fixed bridges. You’re also close to fun spots like Haulover Sandbar and Oleta River State Park, plus plenty of nearby waterfront restaurants when you want to go out without driving far.
Amenities here are basically resort-level. There’s a huge four-story lobby, a waterfront pool with zero-entry, a separate lap pool, and a whirlpool spa for lounging. The wellness area is impressive too—full fitness center, studios for yoga, Pilates, dance, and spinning, plus saunas, a Turkish bath, massage rooms, and more. For entertainment, you’ve got a private cinema, tennis courts, an indoor racquetball court, a billiards room, and a party/lounge space for gatherings.
To top it off, Artech has 24-hour staff, secure entry, valet, covered parking, and Wi-Fi in the common areas. And the location is super practical—close to Aventura Mall, everyday essentials, and positioned nicely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Overall, Artech is a great fit if you want waterfront living with a modern look, tons of amenities, and a real marina lifestyle right outside your door.
