(2) (2) (2)Aventura Marina One is a waterfront condo community in Aventura that feels both private and resort-like. It’s the first tower in the Aventura Marina development, completed in 2005, and it sits on a 10.5-acre bayfront site with beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the marina. The building has a Mediterranean-inspired style and a calm, residential feel, while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short drive from the beach.
The tower has 126 residences, mainly two- and three-bedroom layouts. Inside, the homes feel bright and open with 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant tinted glass. Most units have large open-air terraces with glass railings, plus practical features like walk-in closets, a full-size washer and dryer, and pre-wiring for high-speed internet and satellite. Kitchens are finished with European-style cabinetry and granite countertops, paired with stainless steel appliances. In the primary bathroom, you’ll find a Roman tub and a separate private water closet, which adds comfort and privacy.
Amenities here are a big highlight. The community has a guard-gated entrance, valet and covered self-parking, and a sun deck with a resort-style pool. Residents also enjoy a fitness center and spa, along with family-friendly extras like children’s activities and classes. For work or downtime, there are spaces like a media room, card room, and business center. One nice detail is that there are only three residences per floor, served by two elevators, which helps keep the building feeling quieter and less crowded.
Overall, Aventura Marina One is a great choice if you want waterfront views, a marina atmosphere, and a full set of amenities—while still being right in the middle of everything Aventura has to offer.
