One Island Place is a waterfront condo community tucked into The Waterways—one of Aventura’s most peaceful, upscale neighborhoods along the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s the kind of place that feels a little secluded and private, but you’re still close to everything, including Waterways Shoppes, Aventura Mall, and outdoor spots like Oleta River State Park.
The community is made up of two residential towers. The first tower (often called One Island Place I, the north tower) was completed in 1991 and rises around 30 stories. Homes here range from smaller layouts up to large multi-bedroom residences, and many enjoy wide water views stretching toward Golden Beach and the ocean. Both towers are known for their bright interiors, with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies with glass railings that keep the views open and unobstructed.
What really makes One Island Place special is the setting. You’re surrounded by water and greenery, so it feels calm and residential—perfect if you want a quieter lifestyle in Aventura. At the same time, you’re only minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus places like Gulfstream Park and nearby parks when you want to get out.
Overall, One Island Place is a great fit for anyone who wants a luxury condo lifestyle with waterfront views, privacy, and an easy drive to the best parts of Aventura.
