Porto Vita North is one of the most private towers inside the gated Porto Vita community in Aventura. Completed in 2003, this 31-story building was developed by Turnberry Associates and CMC Group and designed by architect Luis Revuelta. What really sets it apart is how exclusive it feels—there are only 122 residences, so the atmosphere stays quiet and residential.
Homes here are large, offering two- to five-bedroom layouts with living areas ranging from about 2,056 to 5,792 square feet. Many residences have floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive balconies, so the views become a big part of everyday life—whether you’re looking out at the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal, or the nearby golf course. Inside, finishes are upscale but comfortable, with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Living at Porto Vita North also means you get access to the community’s standout feature: the Villa Grande Club, a 35,000-square-foot clubhouse right at the center of Porto Vita. It feels like a private resort, with a European-style spa, a full fitness center and classes like aerobics and spinning, tennis courts, a beauty salon, and both casual and formal dining. There are also social spaces like a bar and lounge, plus extras such as a piano bar, tea room, and billiards/game room.
Outside, residents enjoy heated pools, poolside bar and food service, and a 21-slip private marina—perfect if boating is part of your lifestyle. Practical touches are covered too, with a two-level parking garage, valet options, 24-hour gated security, and a doorman. And when you want a beach day, Sunny Isles Beach is just a short drive away.
Overall, Porto Vita North is ideal if you want a luxury home with space, views, and a private club lifestyle—without the crowds of a larger high-rise.
