(2)Porto Vita South is the original tower in Aventura’s gated Porto Vita community, and it really feels like a private retreat. Built in 2000 and designed by Luis Revuelta, it’s a 32-story building with about 150 residences, so it has that upscale, low-crowd feel people love—quiet, secure, and beautifully maintained.
The condos here are spacious, with two- to five-bedroom layouts, and the views are a big part of the lifestyle. Depending on your unit, you’ll look out over the Intracoastal, the Atlantic Ocean, or the Turnberry golf course—the kind of scenery that makes mornings feel calmer. Inside, the homes are finished with classic luxury touches like granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, plus floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in a lot of light. Many units also have private elevator foyers, which makes coming home feel more personal and private, and every condo has a balcony for enjoying the breeze.
What really sets Porto Vita South apart is the “live like you’re on vacation” setup. Residents have access to a full-service spa, a strong fitness center, tennis courts, and even a beauty salon on-site. When you want to relax or socialize, there’s a bar and lounge, plus dining options that range from casual to more formal. Outside, you’ll find heated pools and a poolside bar with food service, and there’s even a piano bar for a more laid-back evening vibe. If boating is your thing, the community also includes a private marina with slips available.
Everything is designed to feel safe and well cared for, with a doorman, 24-hour security, and a professional, resort-style atmosphere throughout. Overall, Porto Vita South is perfect if you want space, privacy, and top-tier amenities in one of Aventura’s most exclusive waterfront communities.
