The Parc at Turnberry Isle is a great option if you want luxury living in Aventura without the “busy high-rise” feel. It’s made up of two 22-story towers, and each tower has only 55 residences, so it stays quiet, private, and more boutique than most buildings nearby. It was completed in 2005, and it sits in the Turnberry area with beautiful views toward the Intracoastal and the city.
The homes here are spacious, ranging from two-bedroom residences all the way up to four-bedroom penthouses. A feature people really appreciate is the private elevator foyer, which makes coming home feel more personal—like you’re stepping into your own space right away. Many units also enjoy open water and skyline views, which gives the whole place a calm, upscale vibe.
Amenities are designed for easy, resort-style living. There’s a sun deck with a heated pool and whirlpool spa, plus a summer kitchen for weekends or casual gatherings. Families have a children’s playground, and for relaxing indoors there’s a social lounge with a billiards table. The building also has a ballroom for events, a fitness center, massage rooms, and wellness areas with a sauna and steam rooms. If you work from home, the business center is a nice bonus.
Location-wise, you’re close to everything Aventura is known for—Turnberry golf, Aventura Mall, restaurants, and quick access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Add in concierge and valet parking, and The Parc feels like a polished, well-managed community that’s both comfortable and convenient.
