Uptown Marina Lofts is a modern, loft-style condo building in Aventura, built for people who like an “urban-chic” look but still want resort-style amenities. Completed in 2006, the 11-story building was developed by Shefaor Development and designed by architect Kobi Karp. It has 216 residences with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
Inside the homes, the vibe is open and airy. Units feature 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and private balconies, so everything feels bright and spacious. Kitchens come with Italian wood cabinetry, and each residence includes an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a big everyday convenience. The building also uses smart building technology, adding a modern touch to daily living.
Amenities are a big highlight here. Residents enjoy a waterfront infinity-edge pool with zero entry, a poolside Tiki bar, and relaxing spots like cabanas and a yoga terrace. For staying active, there’s a fitness center and spa, steam and sauna rooms, plus tennis and basketball courts. The building also includes a business center, bicycle storage, and full-service conveniences like 24-hour valet, 24-hour security, and concierge service.
Another standout feature is the private Nautical Club with a 29-slip marina, which is perfect if you want a true waterfront lifestyle. Location-wise, Uptown Marina Lofts is hard to beat—you’re close to Aventura Mall, minutes from Bal Harbour Shops, and surrounded by dining, entertainment, and the growing Town Center area.
Overall, Uptown Marina Lofts is a great choice if you want loft-style living, strong amenities, and a walkable Aventura location with a marina feel.
