Majestic Tower is one of those Bal Harbour buildings that feels elegant the moment you pull up. The entrance has a glass-domed canopy, landscaped fountains, and a designer-style lobby that gives it a clean, upscale first impression. It’s right on the ocean, and the building itself is 22 stories with a more private feel—only 153 residences, so it doesn’t feel crowded.
Inside the condos, everything is made to feel open and bright. Many units have 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, so the ocean and Intracoastal views really become part of the home. Kitchens are finished with granite countertops, and you get practical features too like a full-size washer and dryer in your own laundry room. The primary bathroom feels like a mini spa, with a Jacuzzi tub and a glass-enclosed shower, and the private elevator adds that extra layer of privacy you don’t get everywhere.
Amenities here are more than just “nice to have”—they’re the kind you actually use. There’s a big oceanfront pool with an oversized swimming pool, plus air-conditioned cabanas for when you want shade and comfort. You’ll also find a café restaurant, a party room with a catering kitchen for gatherings, and quieter spaces like the card room and billiard room. For wellness and self-care, the building has separate men’s and women’s spa areas and even a unisex hair salon on-site.
To round it out, Majestic Tower has concierge service, valet parking with the option to self-park, a tennis court, a half basketball court, and a 24-hour security system—which all fits perfectly with the Bal Harbour lifestyle: relaxed, polished, and right by the water.
