Brickell Key One feels like living on your own little private island—but you’re still right in the middle of Downtown Miami. Brickell Key is a gated community, so it’s quieter and more peaceful than the city, yet you’re only minutes away from the airport, Coral Gables, South Beach, and Coconut Grove. The best part? You can step outside and get those postcard views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, plus there are a few shops and restaurants right on the island for quick coffee or an easy meal.
Built in 1991, Brickell Key One is an 18-story bayfront tower with 316 residences. The layouts range from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, so it works whether you want something simple or need more space. Many units come with wide terraces and 270-degree views, meaning you can catch both water and city views without even leaving your living room. Inside, the residences are designed to feel comfortable and practical—think spacious closets, a large laundry room, and the extra privacy of private or semi-private elevators.
The amenities make day-to-day life feel easy and resort-like. There’s 24-hour security and concierge, a pool, sauna, and a modern fitness center, plus tennis courts, racquetball, and squash if you like staying active. You also get a BBQ area for weekends, a social room and kids room, and both covered parking and valet—so coming home always feels smooth and secure.
