Carbonell is a well-known 38-story waterfront condo tower on Brickell Key in Miami. Built in 2005, it was developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. The building sits on the northwest corner of the island, which gives many residences beautiful views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown skyline.
Carbonell offers 284 residences with one- to four-bedroom floor plans. Homes are designed for comfortable everyday living, with features like central A/C and heat, an in-unit washer and dryer, and practical kitchen appliances like a dishwasher. The association fee commonly includes security and water, which adds extra convenience for residents.
Amenities keep the lifestyle simple and resort-like. Residents have access to a pool, sauna, exercise room, and tennis, plus garage parking and elevator access throughout the building. The location is also a major plus—Brickell Key is quiet and private, but still close to the city, and the area scores high for transit access, making it easy to get around Miami.
