Courts at Brickell Key feels like a calm, waterfront hideaway—while still being right next to the energy of Brickell. The building sits at 801 Brickell Key Blvd on the west side of Brickell Key, near the mouth of the Miami River, so a lot of homes get those beautiful Biscayne Bay and city skyline views. Built in 2002, it’s an elegant 34-story tower with 319 residences, and it has that private, resort-style vibe the island is known for.
Inside the condos, the finishes feel polished but comfortable. You’ll usually see 9-foot ceilings, marble floors, granite countertops, and Italian cabinetry that give the space a clean, upscale look. The layouts are roomy, with walk-in closets, an in-unit washer and dryer, and balconies for fresh air and views. Some units even have a balcony outside the primary bath with ceramic and marble details—little touches that make the home feel more “luxury condo” than just an apartment.
The amenities make daily life easy. There’s 24-hour security, concierge, valet and covered parking, plus a pool, jacuzzi, and gym when you want to unwind or stay active. If you like having options, you also get tennis courts, a game and billiard room, a playground, and bike storage.
What really ties it all together is the location. From Courts, you’re close enough to walk or quickly drive to Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village for dining, coffee, and nightlife. And if you’re heading out, you’ve got easy access to the arena, South Beach, and Miami International Airport—so you get the best of both worlds: quiet island living with the city only minutes away.
