Courvoisier Courts is one of those buildings that gives you the best of both worlds—quiet island living with the city right next door. It’s a 27-story condo tower on Brickell Key, and because it sits on the west side of the island, a lot of homes get those beautiful views of the water, the Miami River, and the Brickell skyline—especially at sunset.
Built in 1997, Courvoisier Courts was developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. It has around 270–272 residences, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses. Inside, the homes feel bright and comfortable thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and roomy balconies. You’ll also find practical, everyday features that make a difference—granite countertops, European/custom cabinetry, walk-in closets, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Some units even have extra storage like a kitchen pantry and linen closet, which is always a bonus in condo living.
The amenities are set up for a relaxed, resort-style routine. There’s a 24-hour concierge, covered and assigned parking with valet, a pool, and a two-story fitness center. If you like to stay active, you’ve got racquetball courts, and when you want to unwind, there’s a BBQ area, social and media rooms, and an outdoor lounge space overlooking Biscayne Bay—great for hanging out with friends or just enjoying the breeze.
And the location really seals it. Brickell Key feels like its own little community with a market, shops, and dining, but you’re still only minutes from Downtown, Miami Beach, South Beach, and Miami International Airport. Overall, Courvoisier Courts is a solid choice if you want waterfront views, privacy, and a lifestyle that feels calm—without being far from everything Miami has to offer.
