Grove at Grand Bay is one of Coconut Grove’s most recognizable condo communities, made up of two twisting glass towers set on about three acres. It was a big moment for the neighborhood because these were the first new residential towers built in the Grove in over a decade, and they definitely made an impression. From the outside, the buildings look like they’re gently “dancing,” and from inside the residences you get beautiful views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
The community has two luxury towers, with 58 residences in the North Tower and 37 in the South Tower, so it feels private and not overcrowded. Homes are designed to feel open and high-end, with private elevators and private foyers, 12-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light. Terraces are deep—about 12 feet—so they feel usable, not just decorative, and many include summer kitchens for outdoor dining. Kitchens are modern and include gas cooking, while bathrooms have a clean European style with soaking tubs. Some homes also offer extra perks like a 2-car garage with A/C, and the penthouse level stands out with a private rooftop sundeck and pool.
Amenities are a big part of the lifestyle here. Residents enjoy lush landscaping designed by Raymond Jungles, rooftop pools on each tower, a long lounge/lap pool, a fitness center, a wellness spa, a kid’s playground, and even a pet spa. Services are also a highlight, with full-time concierge support, butler staff, a private chef option, and valet parking, which makes day-to-day living feel easy and polished.
The towers don’t just look twisted—they’re actually built that way. Each floor is rotated slightly compared to the one below it, creating the signature shape and requiring serious engineering to make it work. That design also allowed for open, column-free interiors, which helps the residences feel more flexible, spacious, and comfortable.
