(>3)Grove Tower is a classic bayfront condo building in Coconut Grove, located at South Bayshore Drive and Mary Street. The location is a big reason people like it—you’re a short walk from CocoWalk, Kennedy Park, Fresh Market, and many of the Grove’s favorite spots for coffee, food, and errands. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can step outside and actually enjoy the area without always needing a car.
Inside the building, the outdoor space is a standout. Many units have oversized balconies with wide bay and city views, which makes the homes feel bright and breezy. Grove Tower also has amenities residents actually use, including a heated pool with a hot tub, an updated fitness center, and a private tennis court, plus relaxed common areas like a lounge and sundeck.
It’s also practical and easy to live in, with controlled access, elevators, covered garage parking with valet, bike storage, and extra storage. Most units include central air and heat, walk-in closets, and an in-unit washer and dryer, along with standard kitchen appliances like a dishwasher and oven/range. Overall, Grove Tower is a solid option if you want waterfront living in the Grove with strong walkability, big balconies, and comfortable amenities—often at a more reasonable price than some of the newer luxury towers nearby.
