57 Ocean is one of those buildings that immediately feels different the moment you arrive. Set right on Miami Beach’s Millionaire’s Row at 5775 Collins Avenue, this 18-story oceanfront tower was designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Brazilian billionaire Jose Isaac Peres. It’s modern, clean, and elegant—built to make the ocean the main focus, with glass walls, wide terraces, and nonstop views in every direction.
Inside, the residences are spacious and bright, with 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,245 to 3,623 square feet. The ceilings are a full 10 feet, and the floor-to-ceiling impact windows and doors bring in natural light all day while keeping everything quiet and secure. The kitchens are made by Poliform and feel truly high-end, with solid marble countertops and backsplashes, a waterfall island, and top-tier Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The primary bathrooms follow that same polished look—also by Poliform—with Italian fixtures, natural stone throughout, double vanities, floating tubs, and double spa showers that feel more like a resort than a condo.
The building offers a few standout home types for buyers who want something special. On the third floor, the Beach House Residences feature larger sunset terraces and private summer kitchens, perfect for entertaining. Higher up, the Sky Residences deliver the dramatic views people come to Miami for. And at the very top, the trophy penthouse takes things to another level with a private rooftop pool, a summer kitchen, and roughly 15,000 square feet of total space.
Amenities here are clearly designed for a full lifestyle, not just for show. Residents have direct beach access and about 220 feet of shoreline along the Atlantic and the Miami Beach Walk. There are two oceanfront infinity-edge pools with cabanas and ledge loungers, plus a poolside bar and service for snacks and cocktails by the water. The Wellness Pavilion Spa includes a thermal suite with saunas, steam rooms, showers, and ice fountains, along with private treatment rooms and outdoor cabanas. You’ll also find an oceanfront wellness garden, an outdoor vitality tub, a meditation area, a Technogym-equipped fitness center, Pilates and yoga spaces, and even outdoor training equipment.
On the social side, there’s a club room with a chef’s kitchen, a kids’ activity room, and a quiet library that stays filled with natural light and ocean views. Daily convenience is covered too, with concierge service, 24-hour security, valet parking, secured underground parking, and a package room to keep deliveries organized.
With its location on Collins Avenue, 57 Ocean puts you close to everything—South Beach, the Design District, Wynwood, Downtown, and Brickell—while still feeling like a calm beachfront escape when you’re home.
