Aurora Sunny Isles is a newer boutique condo building in Sunny Isles Beach, and it’s designed for people who want something modern, private, and right by the water. The building rises 17 stories and was planned to be completed by the end of 2023. It was designed by architect Luis Revuelta, and the exterior has soft, curved lines—kind of like waves—so it stands out from the typical straight-glass towers.
Aurora is a smaller community with only around 58 residences plus a few penthouses, so it feels quiet and more exclusive. Homes are mainly 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, and every unit starts from the 4th floor and up. Inside, residences have 10 to 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and curved balconies that open up to wide views of the coastline and ocean. A big plus is that every residence has a private elevator foyer, which adds privacy the moment you come home.
The interiors are finished with upscale details and high-end appliances. Many units include brands like Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch, and ASKO, along with clean, modern cabinetry and a bright, polished look overall. Penthouses take it further with large rooftop terraces made for outdoor lounging and entertaining.
Amenities are simple but resort-like. Residents have a pool deck with cabanas, a spa/hot tub, and a sauna, plus an exercise room. The building also includes practical conveniences like assigned and valet parking, a garage, a business center, a kids’ play area, and elevators. Best of all, it’s a true waterfront location, with the beach and ocean right nearby.
Overall, Aurora Sunny Isles is a good fit if you want a newer, boutique-style building with modern design, private elevator entry, and a calm, upscale feel—right in the heart of Sunny Isles.
