Chateau Beach Residences is a boutique oceanfront condo in Sunny Isles Beach with a very private, high-end feel. The tower rises 33 stories but has only 84 residences, so it never feels crowded. It sits right next to Samson Oceanfront Park, which means your views stay wide open—ocean in front, park greenery beside you, and the city skyline behind.
Homes here are big and designed for full-time luxury living. Most residences are 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, with spacious interiors (roughly 2,890 to 4,305 sq ft). The penthouses are even larger, around 8,500 to 9,300 sq ft. Inside, you’ll find 10-foot ceilings (and 11 feet in penthouses), floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances. Every home has private elevator access, and even the two-bedroom layouts have a more semi-private elevator setup for extra privacy. Some residences also include staff rooms, which is a nice touch for larger households.
The amenities are a major highlight, with an entire 9,500 sq ft second level dedicated just to residents. It’s set up like a private resort: an infinity-edge pool on the deck, a Moon Bar with ocean views, and a full wellness area with a fitness center facing the water, spa services, and separate his-and-hers spas with treatment suites. There’s also a relaxation terrace with an aromatherapy Jacuzzi—perfect for winding down after a beach day.
For entertaining and social time, the building has a wine lounge with private lockers, a cigar bar with humidors, a home theatre, a kids club, and a ballroom for events. Day-to-day, life is made easy with personal concierge service, 24-hour security, and 24-hour valet parking. The building is also a “smart building,” so everything feels modern and well managed.
Location-wise, Chateau is close to the best of North Miami Beach and Aventura. You’re about 10 minutes from Bal Harbour Shops and Aventura Mall, and a reasonable drive to South Beach, the airports, and downtown Miami. Overall, Chateau Beach Residences is ideal if you want true beachfront living with big floor plans, strong privacy, and resort-level amenities in a prime Sunny Isles spot.
