(2) (2) (2)Sayan is a boutique-style oceanfront condo in Sunny Isles Beach that feels private and upscale the moment you arrive. Completed in 2007, this 30-story tower has only 90 residences, so it never feels crowded. Homes come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus penthouses, with sizes starting around 1,222 sq ft and going well over 3,400 sq ft.
The entrance is a real statement—there’s a tall, four-story lobby with a waterfall that sets the tone right away. Inside, the common areas have a polished, classic look with trompe l’oeil painted ceilings and Italian marble details throughout, giving the building a refined, almost grand feel.
Residences are designed for bright, open living. You’ll find 9'3" ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and oversized terraces with glass railings, so the ocean and skyline views are always front and center. Kitchens come with Italian cabinetry, full backsplashes, special-designed countertops, and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. Each unit also includes a full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer. Bathrooms are finished with marble surfaces and floors, plus spa-style touches like a Jacuzzi Ciprea whirlpool tub.
Amenities at Sayan lean more “resort” than “typical condo.” There’s an infinity-edge pool surrounded by gardens and fountains, private beachfront cabanas, an oceanfront gazebo, and an Asian-inspired spa with separate his-and-her areas, wet massage rooms, and even a juice bar. You also get a fitness center with ocean views, a library, a private boardroom, a media room and theatre, and a billiard room with a cigar lounge and wine bar. The building even offers two guest suites for visiting friends or family.
Location is another big plus. Sayan sits at 16275 Collins Avenue, close enough to walk to Haulover Park, Starbucks, and Milam’s Market. By car, you’re about 7 minutes from Bal Harbour Shops, 10 minutes from Aventura Mall, and roughly 30 minutes to South Beach, with both Fort Lauderdale Airport and Miami International Airport around 35 minutes away.
