(2) (2)Ocean Two is one of those buildings that truly feels like it was made for oceanfront living. Built in 2001 and designed by Sieger Suarez, this 40-story tower sits in Sunny Isles Beach between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, with more than 500 feet of beautiful beachfront right outside your door. It was inspired by the success of Ocean One, and you can feel that “resort lifestyle” vibe the moment you arrive.
The entrance alone sets the tone—a dramatic two-story lobby, a grand porte-cochere, and valet parking that makes coming home feel smooth and effortless. Inside, Ocean Two was planned as a full lifestyle community, with spaces that extend your home: club, card, media, and game rooms, plus a two-story entertainment and lifestyle center where residents can relax, socialize, or host.
The residences are spacious and well laid out, with 253 units made up of 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans, ranging from about 1,921 to 2,665 sq. ft. Most homes come with private elevator access, solid double wooden entry doors, and an entry gallery that adds a classy first impression. You’ll also find floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining areas, and private balconies that open up to sweeping views of the ocean and Intracoastal. Kitchens have a clean European look with flush cabinets, glass cooktops, and granite countertops, and bathrooms feature full marble showers. There’s also a separate laundry room and European-style closets, which people appreciate for everyday comfort.
Amenities are a big reason residents love Ocean Two. You get an oversized heated beachfront pool and spa, private beach cabanas, an exclusive fitness center and spa, tennis courts, a kids’ tot lot, and media and multi-purpose rooms. Practical details are covered too, with individual storage, multi-level covered parking, a full-time concierge, and 24-hour gatehouse security.
Location-wise, Ocean Two is right in the middle of everything. You’re close to Aventura for shopping and dining, and you can easily reach Bal Harbour, South Beach, and other popular spots in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Even the airports are only about 20 minutes away, which is perfect if you travel often. But honestly, with the beach, the views, and the resort-style amenities, most days you won’t feel the need to go far at all.
