INVESTORS ONLY! this is a really good opportunity to pick up a property with excellent cash flow. Its rented on a year lease for 1750 a month to a great tenant and the monthly hoa is under 250 a month. There are no current assessments. The roof was replaced this year and the elevators were done recently as well. The unit is in great condition and features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a balcony and is quite spacious. The community is located very conveniently on 125th street close to shopping and I-95 and has a pool. The unit comes with 1 parking spot and there is plenty of guest parking available. Association approval is fast and easy. The unit next door just closed for 160k with 30% down financing (that would be the minimum required for a non cash purchase) and appraised over that. there is no washer dryer in unit, but there is a laundry in the building.
