Ocean Colony is truly a special building which has been completely overhauled cosmetically and structurally over the past few years. Its a true gem in Lauderdale by the Sea. The pool deck is a wonderful gathering spot for family and friends and has an exceptional grilling area and a reputation for being the "best pool deck" in all of Pompano. The unit is a two-bedroom spacious city view overlooking the inter-coastal and is just one mile from the 4-corners entertainment district at Commercial Blvd & A1A pier, where people gather socially for dinning, shopping, and the beach scene. Enjoy beach living and vacationing at its finest at the Ocean Colony.
