Welcome to Residence 1207 at 1060 Brickell, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom home in the heart of Miamis financial district. Soaring 11-foot ceilings and large impact-glass windows create an open, light-filled space, with views over Brickell Avenue from the living area and the open balcony. New porcelain floors throughout give the home a clean, contemporary finish. An in-unit washer and dryer and one assigned garage parking space complete the residence.
Designed by SB Architects, 1060 Brickell is one of the avenues signature two-tower residences. Wellness amenities include a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, a yoga studio and spa treatment rooms. For leisure there is a virtual golf simulator, a billiards and game room, and a wine and cigar lounge with private humidors. The building also has a business center with a conference room, plus a party room with a catering kitchen for private events. The common areas are currently being renovated, which adds to the buildings appeal.
