Old Dixie Manor for rent

Updated Half Duplex, ready to move in. Ceramic floors, kitchen, and bath updated. New appliances! Large bedrooms. The unit has a utility room with a Washer and dryer hookup. Small pet under 10 lbs permitted. Parking 2 spots right at the front door. More private than bigger buildings. Credit check, background, and income verification are needed. I can handle all that for the tenant. Parking for two cars, if you need another space, it can be worked out.
