Charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Miami Beach condo with direct ocean views offers an unexpected plus: front-row seats to the dramatic saga of pool renovations happening right outside your window! Yes, the current pool area may resemble a construction-themed reality TV set, complete with a complimentary daily "symphony" of drills, hammers, and occasional colorful language from construction workers. Yet, who needs a pool when you have the entire Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep? The unit itself is a split plan, lovingly maintained with some updates in recent years, featuring bright interiors and coastal charm. The good news? Youre getting an authentic Miami renovation experience at a price that makes your wallet dance.
