Ready to renovate - Dont start with "Maybe we should save that", start with a unit that has already been gutted. Most of the clean out was done and a brand new a/c was installed. Beyond that this unit is waiting for a contractor to come in and redo. It is priced accordingly. Direct Ocean front living with an ocean view in a building where the best is yet to come as most of the work has been done and the incredible pool area may open by the end of this year. Two master suites, make this the premier condo to renovate. Impact glass, washer &dryer hookup. Beach access, fitness center and tennis courts. 40-year inspection complete and reno work almost complete, pool area and hallways paid for. Dont miss the opportunity to create your oceanfront masterpiece at price that just makes sense. Pool is closed for a redo but is due to be complete by the end of the year.
