Brickell Arch, which used to be called Espirito Santo Plaza is a cool building in the middle of Miamis Financial District on Brickell Avenue. It was finished in 2004. Designed by a famous company called Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. They got their ideas from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. The building is 36 floors high. Has 116 apartments, including studios, one and two bedroom places and some really nice penthouses. There is also a hotel and office space in the building and the Conrad Hotel takes up a part of it.
The apartments in Brickell Arch are really nice and comfortable. They have kitchens with stainless steel appliances, marble floors and fancy Italian cabinets. Each apartment has a walk-in closet, a washer and dryer and a big balcony with great views of the city and the water.
People who live in Brickell Arch have access to a lot of things. There is a gym with all the equipment you need a swimming pool with a tub and a nice sundeck with gardens. You can also play tennis on one of the two courts. Just hang out in the sky lobby, which has a restaurant and lounge. The building also has valet parking, a concierge and security people who're there all the time.
On the ground floor of Brickell Arch there are shops and restaurants which's really convenient. There is also a 12 story parking garage connected to the building by a pedestrian bridge.
