SLS Brickell Residences is a nice luxury condominium tower that is located in the heart of Miamis Brickell Financial District. The people who developed it are Related Group and the people who designed it're Arquitectonica. They made the building so that it has city living and it also has the convenience of hotel style services. The tower has two parts one part is for people who live there and the other part is a hotel the SLS Hotel is on the floors and the SLS Brickell Residences are above it.
SLS Brickell Residences has a lot of condo units than 450 and they have different layouts some have one bedroom some have two bedrooms some have three bedrooms and some have four bedrooms. The sizes of the condo units are different too they range from about 692 to 2,571 feet. The homes are really modern and nice they have ceilings, big windows and sliding glass doors that can resist strong winds the kitchens are European style with quartz countertops and backsplashes they also have breakfast bars and big walk in closets. Each condo unit has its washer and dryer and a private terrace with really nice views of the city and the bay.
One of the things about SLS Brickell Residences is that it has a lot of nice amenities.
